Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an SEO & Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our online presence across search engines and various Social Media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement organic techniques to enhance website visibility, search rankings, and generate reports.
• Conduct keyword research for content optimization, collaborate with content creators, and monitor website performance.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, execute Social Media marketing strategies, and create engaging content.
• Monitor Social Media channels, analyze metrics, collaborate with teams, and identify growth opportunities.
• Present findings and reports to coworkers and clients, communicating insights and recommendations effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO or Social Media marketing.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
• Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
• Experience in keyword research and implementing optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with major Social Media platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging Social Media content and manage channels effectively.
• Proficiency in analyzing Social Media metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Certification in SEO or Social Media marketing is a plus.
