Job Description:

Choice Builders is seeking a talented and versatile Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our digital presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness. We are looking for a one-person powerhouse who can manage our Social Media channels, create compelling content, and execute effective marketing campaigns, all while incorporating StoryBrand and They Ask You Answer principles.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage our Social Media profiles: Implement StoryBrand strategies to create a clear and engaging narrative that resonates with our audience on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

- Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging video content: Utilize the principles of They Ask You Answer to address common questions and concerns about our homes and the building process.

- Create and curate content: Develop blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials that align with StoryBrand messaging, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand story.

- Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns: Utilize analytics and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions in line with They Ask You Answer principles.

- Analyze and report on performance: Regularly assess the success of marketing efforts, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in Social Media and digital marketing, applying StoryBrand and They Ask You Answer insights to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Social Media management and content creation.

- Strong skills in video editing and graphic design.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.

- Excellent communication skills and a knack for storytelling.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Passion for the home building industry is a plus.
