Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Social Media Management: Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and drive traffic across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Social Media platforms to achieve targeted results and maximize ROI.
• Client Onboarding: Efficiently onboard new clients to our platforms, ensuring a clear understanding of their goals and how our Social Media and PPC strategies will meet their needs.
• Continuous Communication: Keep clients informed through regular updates, weekly calls, and emails, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to create compelling, targeted content for Social Media posts and PPC ads.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Social Media and PPC campaigns, utilizing data to inform and adjust strategies as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee all content and campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and DentalCMO’s standards before publication.
• Community and Relationship Building: Manage online communities, engage with audiences, and foster positive relationships through interactive and engaging communication.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in managing Social Media platforms and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and PPC reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with Social Media management and PPC campaign execution (a must).
• Expertise in using collaboration tools like GSuite, Asana, HubSpot, and Slack.
• Familiarity with Social Media scheduling and analytics tools.
