Trimlight is made for celebrating life’s moments. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Specialist to join our team and help champion our Social Media strategy.
As our Social Media Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content that showcases the beauty and versatility of our outdoor permanent lights. You'll be responsible for creating engaging and shareable content that not only captivates our existing customer base but also attracts and converts new audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for our Social Media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest). This mainly includes videos that align with our brand image and strategy.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create a comprehensive Social Media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Community Management: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages on multiple Social Media accounts.
Content Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar that outlines the posting schedule, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
Analytics and Reporting: Use Social Media analytics tools to track the performance of posts and campaigns. Provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of our strategy and make data-driven improvements.
Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Social Media platform updates to adapt our strategy accordingly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have or actively working on obtaining a degree in marketing, advertising, Social Media, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of Social Media work experience separate from personal Social Media experience.
- Capture, build, and edit video for TikTok, Instagram reels and stories, and Facebook stories.
- Experience building and managing Social Media calendars
- Highly organized person who understands the importance of planning and has a 360’ and 30,000-foot view of the role and its goals.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage Social Media Content across multiple platforms, channels, and accounts.
- Experience posting and engaging with audiences on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Experience with Canva to edit images and video.
- Influencer mindset and comfortable getting in front of the camera to share content and tell stories.
Starting Salary is between $40,000/yr - $50,000/yr DOE
This position is located at our corporate headquarters in West Jordan, Utah.
