Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Marketing Specialist to join Team Lisa Shield. This role will be crucial in driving engagement, growth, and brand awareness across our Social Media channels, with a specific focus on social selling strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Social Media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
• Create compelling content for organic Social Media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.
• Manage social selling efforts, including engaging with potential clients, fostering relationships, and driving conversions.
• Design graphics and videos for Social Media posts and ads, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity.
• Monitor Social Media platforms for audience interactions and respond in a timely and authentic manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align Social Media efforts with overall business objectives.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize Social Media strategies.
• Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations and brand mentions.
• Manage the Lisa Shield Facebook groups, fostering community engagement and facilitating discussions among members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Social Media marketing and social selling.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Experience in customer service or community management is a plus.
