Unique opportunity to enter the exciting world of aesthetic medicine! We are looking for someone with a great personality to showcase aesthetic medicine on Social Media and be able to perform consulations with patients and assist our injectors. You will be responsible for creating fun and educational content explaining our services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.. You will use the same knowledge to perform consulations with our patients. Must be extroverted, kind, have a magnetic personality. You will spend roughly half of your work hours creating content and the other half interacting with patients and assiting injectors. Duties:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Monitor Social Media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze Social Media data and insights to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Assisting physicians/PAs/NPs with cosmetic procedures, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing equipment.
- Educating patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, and answering any questions they may have.
- Performing administrative tasks note writing, creating invoices, creating treatment plans.
- Maintaining inventory of medical supplies and ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Upholding strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
Skills:
- Experience with graphic design tools to perform video editing and creating content, such as Canva and VideoLeep
- Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality images for Social Media posts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with customers and influencers
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends
