Social Media Specialist

Joint Venture Restaurant Group is seeking a creative and talented Social Media Specialist who possesses a combination of skills in Social Media management, content creation, and photography to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for food and hospitality, and a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. From capturing food and product shots to producing Instagram Reels and TikToks, this role plays a pivotal role in showcasing our brands and driving customer engagement.

This position will work closely with the Director of Communications and owners to develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy in alignment with the group's branding and marketing objectives for all brands.
Collaborate closely with comms team, corporate team, chefs, and managers to coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and special initiatives.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail, project management skills, self-motivated.

Ability to collaborate with all departments.

Proven experience managing Social Media accounts.

Strong photography and videography skills, with proficiency in editing software and tools.

Expertise in creating engaging content for Instagram Reels and TikToks, with a deep understanding of platform algorithms and trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual storytelling.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Social Media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.

A love for food, dining, and hospitality.

Equally analytical and creative thinker.

Compensation: $20-$25/hour based on experience
