Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist
Job Overview:
As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and sales departments to design content & ad campaigns to drive qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our Social Media content strategy for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Design and publish engaging content regularly (videos, reels, stories, posts).
Create ad specific content to be boosted and promoted across our networks
Edit and produce high-quality video and photo content.
You’ll also have support from video editing freelancer team
Develop & manage a freelance team to scale content production while ensuring brand consistency.
Stay up to date with the latest Social Media trends & best practices.
Launch new niche accounts and build a strategy to gain a following.
Communicate with followers, respond to select comments, etc.
Requirements:
Be comfortable creating and editing content yourself as well as managing a team of content creators and editors.
Proven experience in Social Media content production & management.
Experience with Social Media ad strategy and budget management
Highly skilled in photo & video editing software (Canva, Capcut, etc.)
Highly skilled in use of AI tools to increase productivity & content production
Excellent knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other Social Media best practices.
