The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:
- Manage Social Media tools (ex. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), including onboarding and platform training for ministry stakeholders, tool updates, announcements, and usage strategies, and platform configuration to meet stakeholders' needs.
- Assist in the development and execution of department and cross-ministry campaigns, including holistic paid and organic social strategy, content creation and customer journey identification.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of Social Media and department marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Social Media teams across the ministry to develop effective strategies for optimizing and managing their respective Social Media platforms.
- Conduct thorough research on Social Media platforms and resources to maintain a database of current case studies and insights for strategy sessions.
- Collaborate with social strategy and advertising team members to develop and maintain Social Media and advertising strategy playbooks.
- Perform comprehensive social listening analysis to aid teams in strategically developing content, fostering a deeper understanding of audience sentiments and preferences.
- Facilitate touchpoints and maintain accurate records of corporate Social Media managers, tracking their assignments, responsibilities, and performance.
- Facilitate the annual Marketing Focus Group, a gathering aimed at educating stakeholders on marketing principles, and maintain ongoing communication with participants throughout the year.
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field
- At least 1-3 years of bonafide experience in Social Media management or advertising or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
