ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, manage, and produce content for the College of Social Work Social Media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Develop and manage content calendar across Social Media accounts, generate analytics reports, provide recommendations for best practices and analyze competitors' social presence.
Provide support and collaborate with the College of Social Work events and marketing team to meet the goals and missions of the College of Social Work and its institutes and centers.
Work with the College of Social Work dean's personal LinkedIn.
Support digital and creative projects through content creation, including photos, videos, and graphics.
QualificationsA Bachelor's degree and two years of experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)
Preferred QualificationsA passion for storytelling with experience in communications and Social Media management.
Training and competency in graphic design and software (Canva, Adobe Suite), basic videography knowledge (editing and video processing), search engine optimization.
Detail oriented knowledge of text editing and writing skills.
Knowledge of current technology and trends, including Social Media outcome measurement and reporting.
Knowledge of Social Media strategy and execution, measurement, and content creation.
Effective communication verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment while meeting project deadlines.
Knowledge of applicable computer and design software and basic computer competency.
