  • This position will be responsible for the content creation, analytics, community management and oversight of our Holiday Inn Club Vacations Social Media channels—from Facebook to Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • You will oversee new trends, performance, and community management across social platforms, and will work directly with the Digital Content & Engagement team to develop authentic and engaging monthly editorial content for both our Consumer and Employer Brand channels.
  • You will partner with various teams throughout the company to create best in class content and grow our brand presence and business through these channels.
  • You feel particularly passionate about content creation, and excited to elevate the Holiday Inn Club Vacations brand through this work. You should also have a working knowledge of Influencer Marketing and will assist the Social Media Manager with the oversight and management of Brand Influencer partnerships.
  • You will be expected to be available and ready to assist with Social Media and crisis communications as needed on evenings/weekends. You will also be expected to monitor and report on Social Media trends, which will require them to be in tune with Social Media platforms outside of the typical 9-5 business hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Primary focus will be creating, scheduling, and publishing all monthly Editorial Content across HICV Social Media channels. An understanding of careers channels like LinkedIn and Glassdoor is a plus.
  • Conducts regular analyses of Social Media posts/channels, provides insights to partnering teams and/or leaders and leverages key takeaways to continuously improve performance through monthly editorial content.
  • Works closely with the Digital Content & Engagement, Strategy teams and/or team leaders for conception, planning and development of content and campaigns as needed.
  • Contributes to Influencer Marketing partnerships by processing legal agreements and invoices and oversees content execution across channels. Partners with team leaders to also source, vet and negotiate with influencer partners for various campaigns as needed.
  • Partners with the Customer Experience team and oversees Community Management across channels to ensure authentic and efficient engagement across all channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in Social Media, digital marketing or other related field
  • Proficient in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various Social Media channels.
  • Should have knowledge of how to utilize third-party Social Media management platforms, primarily Sprout Social and Social Studio
  • Advanced knowledge in Social Media analytics and can sufficiently report on various metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to clearly direct and connect with various teams and leaders.
  • Self-motivated, natural problem-solver with the ability to plan/balance multiple projects simultaneously, both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to demonstrate end-to-end thinking through projects.
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Willing to work flexible hours based on team and company needs when relevant which may include weeknights and/or weekends.
  • Strong customer service skills and commitment
  • Proficient in prioritizing, organizing and delegating assignments.
  • Maintains a friendly and positive attitude and is eager to learn and grow.

Hybrid/Remote Requirements: This position can be Hybrid or Fully Remote as needed and the Brand team is in tune with the modern needs for flexibility. This individual should feel comfortable and confident executing their tasks and duties from home.

Travel Requirements: If fully remote, this individual will be asked/encouraged to travel to Corporate Headquarters in Orlando, Florida throughout the year for in-person team events as needed and will work with leadership to plan accordingly.
