I am seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to manage my Social Media as a local Real Estate Agent. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to enhance my brand's presence and engage with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our online presence and drive growth through effective Social Media marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate compelling content for various Social Media platforms
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and identify areas for improvement
- Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media marketing
- Conduct regular analysis of Social Media performance and provide reports to management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Experience in managing Social Media campaigns and driving engagement
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization strategies
- Proficiency in using Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread content for accuracy
- Familiarity with advertising on Social Media platforms is a plus
