Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager at Roar Coatings, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our audience across multiple Social Media platforms. Working closely with our sales team, you'll develop and execute creative strategies to showcase our products, highlight our expertise, and foster meaningful connections with our customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy to align with marketing objectives and company goals.
• Create and curate engaging content for Social Media channels, to include Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, and others.
• Manage day-to-day activities on Social Media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate Social Media campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor Social Media analytics and track key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media and digital marketing.
• Create and monitor paid ads on all Social Media platforms.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain Roar Coatings' competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful Social Media campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge of Social Media platforms and best practices, including content creation, audience engagement, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience with Social Media management tools and software. -
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
