Social Media Manager At Sanctuary Florida

Sanctuary Medicinals, FL is looking for one Social Media Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsible for developing and executing companys Social Media strategy to engage its audience through creative video and static assets, drive brand awareness, and promote the brand and its events/promotions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement a Social Media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and brand identity.
• Manage and maintain all Social Media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) by creating and curating engaging content.
• Plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and Social Media platform changes to ensure the company’s content remains fresh and relevant.

Content Creation:

• Create and produce high-quality, visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that showcase the company’s brand, events, and experiences.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to develop compelling content.
• Write and edit engaging and informative captions, posts, and stories.

3. Community Building:

• Foster and grow the company’s online community by engaging with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Work with executive management to execute influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand the company’s reach.
• Encourage user-generated content and run Social Media contests and campaigns to increase user engagement.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor Social Media analytics to track the performance of content and campaigns.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Provide regular reports to the management on Social Media performance and ROI.

5. Crisis Management:

• Be prepared to handle Social Media crises and respond professionally to negative comments or reviews.
• Work with the appropriate departments to resolve issues and maintain a positive online reputation.

6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments, including Human Resources, Guest Relations, Revenue, and Entertainment, to support various company’s initiatives.
• Assist in areas of need during special events to ensure the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Social Media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media platforms, Social Media management tools, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
• Experience with photography and videography
• Graphic design and video editing skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Able to walk, and sit for prolonged periods
• Able to work in a standing position for strong periods
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work in a variety of environments: indoor, outdoor, and various weather conditions and temperatures
• Able to operate phones, computers, and other standard office equipment

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must be and remain compliant with any legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Must pass all required background and fingerprint checks.
• Assist in other departments as requested by your direct manager.
