Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team and help our brands grow! This is a paid, part-time internship position, averaging 20 hours per week.
What You’ll Do:
Schedule Social Media posts for multiple brands on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Monitor and manage brands’ Social Media channels
Work with the Marketing Director to create and manage a Social Media schedule for multiple brands
Work with the Marketing and Editorial teams to brainstorm campaign ideas
Provide suggestions to Marketing team for improving user experience on social platforms and internal processes
What We’re Looking For:
An enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work independently
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Superb communication skills
Understanding and familiarity with Social Media channels, especially Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Bonus: Familiar with creating content for Social Media
Bonus: Skilled at sourcing humourous or relatable content to feature on brand’s social channels
Bonus: Experience growing a Social Media channel
