TeachFX is a Series A edtech startup with a mission of superpowering teachers’ work and advancing equity in the classroom.
The TeachFX app uses AI to show educators personalized insights about the learning dynamics in their classrooms. We help teachers understand which of their instructional practices - their questioning technique, lesson design, or use of wait time, uptake of student contributions, and other high-leverage strategies - are making the greatest positive impact on student engagement and equity in the classroom.
We pair our app with inquiry-based professional learning workshops designed to build teacher capacity by leveraging TeachFX data in a continuous improvement cycle that brings research into practice and builds more student-centered classrooms.
What you’ll do on the marketing team at TeachFX:
As our Social Media marketing intern, you’ll join the TeachFX team to:
Plan, draft, and schedule to publish Social Media content to help increase awareness and engagement among our community of K-12 instructional leaders
Maintain weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various Social Media websites
Amplify our upcoming events and existing content on Social Media, including blog posts, earned media, webinars, and video stories
Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
Track Social Media engagement, reach, and traffic
Perform Social Media marketing research as assigned
With guidance from the team, respond to comments and DMs on Social Media platforms
Create compelling graphics to share across social channels and/or work with our external designer to do so
Write Social Media captions that speak to the K-12 educators in our target audience
Brainstorm new strategies for increasing reach and engagement across channels
Ensure brand voice and message is consistent across posts and channels
Bonus if you also can:
Help create and edit short-form videos
Help with various graphics and design needs, like websites and landing pages

Who you are and what you’ll bring to the team
Experience in a Social Media-related role, as staff or intern
Experience in edtech or in education will be a major plus
