- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather data to support projects and initiatives
- Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Manage Social Media accounts and engage with followers
- Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with content creation for websites, blogs, and Social Media platforms
- Coordinate and organize company events and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Contribute to the planning and execution of our editorial calendar across multiple digital platforms
- Research, report and write blog articles, white papers, Social Media posts and video scripts
- Optimize copy to improve content marketing results
Perform other duties as assigned (because sometimes all of us have to pitch in)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of SEO techniques, research, copywriting, email marketing, advertising, marketing strategies, HTML5, WordPress, Social Media Marketing, and content marketing
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
