Social Media Manager

Our Social Media outlets of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and TikTok are some of the most viewed in the jewelry world -we are proud of our accomplishments.
We are currently hiring a Social Media Manager to manage all platforms mentioned above and lead a team of technically-skilled individuals within our Social Media Team. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content (The Icebox Way) across various Social Media platforms. You should be able to handle our worldwide Social Media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Content Management
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (You will be responsible for creating and arranging photo, original text, and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers comments)
• Proposes new ideas and concepts for Social Media content
• Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific and timely marketing campaigns
• Lead a team of 5 or more
• Design and implement Social Media strategy to align with business goals
• Identify and Improve Content
• Run weekly meeting with the team
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Oversee Social Media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Social Media, design tools, and applications
• Analyze and report audience information and demographics, as well as the success of existing Social Media projects
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Keep director up to date with current plan and goals
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Save a monthly backup of all Social Media profiles

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) on the fly
• Excellent copywriting skills (strong writing, grammar, and language skills)
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Experience as a team player and has the confidence to take the lead and guide other team members when necessary
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Familiarity with web design
• BS degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred
