Title: Marketing Manager
Type: Full Time/Exempt
Location: Any buildOn operating regions - Chicago (IL), Detroit (MI), Oakland (CA), Boston (MA), Stamford or Bridgeport (CT)
Schedule: Monday-Friday + Select Saturdays as required to further support programming.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 annually

SUMMARY
Join buildOn as our Social Media Manager and become a key member in helping to amplify our mission through dynamic digital storytelling. You'll manage and enhance our presence across various social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
This role offers a unique opportunity to creatively express buildOn's mission and vision to a global audience while doing real good in the world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee campaign and content strategy across all platforms.
- Collaborate with our graphic designer for content creation.
- Set and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze and leverage trends in engagement data to optimize campaign strategies.
- Align our brand with new and emerging trends.
- Manage and foster online community engagement.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred.
- Deep understanding and passion for all aspects of Social Media.
- Proven experience in content creation and adapting brand voice.
- Confidence in appearing on screen and engaging with our audience.
- Clear, confident communication abilities.
- Effective time-management skills.
- Nonprofit experience is helpful, but not required.
