We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our customers across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and the hospitality industry and will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and traffic.
- Help plan and execute a content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and others relevant to our industry.
- Craft compelling copy, posts, and replies that reflect our brand's tone and personality.
- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of social campaigns to optimize strategies continuously.
- Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to ensure that the content is timely, relevant, and aligned with our promotions and events.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and positive manner.
- Keep abreast of the latest Social Media best practices and technologies.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for digital content as needed.
- Report to management with insights and recommendations on Social Media growth strategies.
