Hi, we’re Response and we're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who is fully immersed in the social space. Is an active participant across multiple platforms, has an eye for what social content is highly engaging, and understands what makes a good brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop social content strategy and manage social campaigns on behalf of our clients
- Develop and maintain content calendars
- Establish social processes, guidelines, and standards
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, media directors, and account executives across social projects including content development
- Evaluate key success metrics and develop performance reports
- Research, identify, and liaise with creators/influencers
- Lead Social Media strategy for own internal efforts
- Oversee Social Media coordinator
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience at an agency or in-house in a Social Media role
- A demonstrated ability to write Social Media copy
- Passionate about the Social Media space
- Desire to collaborate and continually strive for outstanding creative work
- Positive attitude, fresh thinking, up for challenges
- Familiarity with current and emerging Social Media trends and best practices
- A problem-solving mentality
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
