Smilebuilderz is a privately owned practice and one of Lancaster's leading dental practices. We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a patient-centric strategic thinker with excellent writing and speaking skills. The ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and handle pressure is vital to the success of this position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support Director of Patient Support and Digital Marketing in Social Media content creation, campaign planning, and community management for all Smilebuilderz dental offices.
Communicate with Social Media followers and guests over channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Grow Social Media following on various platforms
Provide exceptional, friendly patient service with a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail
Offer dental service and patient advice and knowledge to an engaged customer base
Respond to online reviews and comments, and communicate feedback to the marketing manager.
Manage reputation by monitoring online sentiment on sites such as Yelp, Google, and other online review platforms
Follow up with customers by email or phone as needed
Support the Marketing team on major initiatives as required, including new dental office opening, events, recruitment, Smilebuilderz Dental Plan sales, and other vital promotions
Coordinate efforts across the marketing team on tracking customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
Requirements
Skills:
Communication: Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with a wide range of diverse personnel
Problem Solving/Analysis: Define problems, research and collect data, draw valid conclusions and execute remedial strategies in a timely manner
Project Management: Understand and manage projects from concept to completion. Develop and achieve strategic objectives, plans, and time schedules; organize and manage competing priorities while maintaining a steadfast commitment to detail
Executive Presence: Represent the Company well internally and externally; convey a professional and positive image of the organization and business affiliates, particularly on Social Media channels
Flexibility: Handle multiple priorities simultaneously; maintain a flexible work schedule to meet changing demands for multiple concurrent projects
Initiative and Adaptability: Take initiative and execute plans to accomplish strategic objectives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Computer Proficiency: MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint), Experience with Social Media Management software a plus
Social Media: Understand and use best practices for leading Social Media platforms to support business goals
Creative Mindset: Exploring new ideas, thinking outside the box, on ways to stay a step ahead of the dental marketing trends
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
Flexible schedule - must be available to work days, evenings, and some weekends as needed
2+ years of experience required.
Solid knowledge of Social Media platforms and their analytics.
Languages:
Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
Work Location:
Scheduled in-office days and some days can be remote.
