pH-D Feminine Health is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our Social Media strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in building and managing owned Social Media content across various channels. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Social Media strategy and content across channels
- Drive follower growth and engagement on key Social Media platforms
- Formulate actionable strategies for content, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
- Implement a data-driven approach to optimize content for improved conversion rates
- Lead and manage direct reports, agencies, brand partners, and contractors to deliver on marketing objectives
- Manage and enhance our founder’s Social Media presence and platform
About You:
- Passionate about Social Media and leveraging technology to connect with audiences
- Consumer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding audience motivations
- Keen awareness of cultural trends and ability to create content that resonates
- Storyteller with the ability to create and brief video and static content for different channels
- Proficient in creating retailer-centered content to drive customer engagement
- Resourceful, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- 3-5 years experience leading Social Media strategy and content creation for an omnichannel CPG brand
- Demonstrated success in growing organic social channels for brands and individuals in both followers and engagement rates
- Have owned and managed multiple social platforms through deep understanding of social trends, app algorithms, and tech
- Experience managing people, teams, agencies, and/or contractors
- You have created and led successful micro-influencer programs and brand partnerships that drove growth and engagement
- Experience writing clear, actionable briefs for a creative team by leveraging consumer, market, and/or competitive insights
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience leading Social Media strategy and content creation for omnichannel CPG brand
- Demonstrated success in growing organic social channels for brands and individuals in both followers and engagement rates
- Have owned and managed multiple social platforms through deep understanding of social trends, app algorithms, and tech
- Experience leading and managing people, teams, agencies and/or contractors
- You have created and led successful micro – influencer programs and brand partnerships that drove growth and engagement
- Experience writing clear, actionable briefs for a creative teams by leveraging consumer, market, and/or competitive insights
First Month Goals:
- Develop a 90-day plan for success
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Align with Marketing Director and CEO on strategic vision and priorities
- Understand our consumer, key category drivers, and competitive landscape
- Master the use of pH-D’s internal tools and analytics related to Social Media management
Three-Month Goals:
- Evaluate performance and identify opportunities
- Develop a strategy supporting 2024 brand goals
- Establish a robust content calendar for all relevant channels
- Leverage PR hits in social content to increase impressions
- Write the first brief and collaborate with Creative to improve the briefing process
- Begin working with Founder and CEO on a social strategy
Six-Month Goals:
- Demonstrate success in delivering follower growth and improved engagement
- Collaborate with the agency to refine the influencer program with clear KPIs
- Develop a 2-3 year vision for pH-D’s Social Media objectives and team evolution
- Become a trusted thought partner to Sales & Marketing Team leadership and the CEO
