Social Media Manager: Personal Brand
Location: Knoxville Metro
Type: Part-time
Pay: $20-25 per hour (based on portfolio and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy tailored to a personal brand.
- Curate visually appealing content showcasing our properties, utilizing photo and video editing skills.
- Implement Social Media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to multiple revenue channels.
- Monitor and engage with our audience across platforms, analyzing metrics to optimize content performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends to keep our brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas aligned with brand identity and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and digital skills; Social Media management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software essential.
- Deep understanding of Social Media platforms and best practices, especially in real estate marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey brand message effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for storytelling essential.
