We are looking for a Content Creator with a strong interest in fashion and who understands how to consistently promote the brand presence by utilizing technology, design, and content creation. In addition, the ideal candidate will use their detail-oriented personality to produce high-quality content for multiple social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and marketing emails.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop visually compelling, relevant, and product-focused content that engages the target audience with calls to action.
Post compelling content across the brand's multiple Social Media accounts while utilizing unique captions, trending hashtags/sounds, and other methods to attract engagement and discoverability.
Ability to self-manage and consistently hit deadlines.
Collaborating with internal team members to establish campaign objectives and complete tasks.
Monitor Social Media and company website metrics for traffic, conversion, and engagement.
Gather the audience’s feedback to evolve work to best support and reach our customers.
Make recommendations for new and creative ways to present our brand to increase reach and engagement to support an increase in sales.
Utilize Social Media best practices, including but not limited to implementing a well-researched hashtag strategy for your posts.
Able to take feedback positively and be open to evolving with the brand.
Conducting research on current trends, developments, and competitor analysis to ensure the brand stays current.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in producing content in a digital role
Background as a photographer, videographer, or other relevant content creation
Clear understanding of the brand’s style and direction
Proficient and up-to-date knowledge of multiple social platforms
Knowledgeable in the fashion industry and current trends in other relevant areas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent proof-reading skills with an eye for detail
Capacity to self-manage and work independently, as well as part of a team
Experience turning direction and coaching into the evolution of your work
Ability to adhere to deadlines and not get overwhelmed by pressure
This position is for a full-time in-office role in Nashville, TN.
