We are in search of an individual who embodies qualities of diligence, a growth mindset, respectfulness, teamwork, and integrity. Our two week onboarding training commences March 19th - April 4th in Bradley Beach, NJ with full time contracted work starting right after. This in person training with owner Stacey will set you up to kick start or elevate your dog training career. We will teach you everything you need to know about our specialized training program, tools, client relations, social media process, and more!
Duties:
- Conduct private dog training sessions at the client's residence and 2 week board and train programs from your home using our proven training techniques.
- Assess and evaluate dogs' behavior and temperament to determine appropriate training methods (taught to you by the Pure Energy Team).
- Teach basic obedience commands, leash walking, socialization skills, calm mindset and more.
- Address and correct behavioral issues such as pulling, barking, jumping, potty training, reactivity, separation anxiety, and fearfulness.
- Provide guidance and support to dog owners on training techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of training progress and client communication.
- We host a weekly team Bible study and same page meeting on Monday mornings.
Requirements:
- Able to serve the Ocean/Monmouth County, NJ area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, their dogs, and the Pure Energy team.
- Ability to assess dog behavior and adjust training techniques accordingly (we help teach you how to do this).
- Patience, empathy, and love for dogs.
- Some dog training OR experience with dogs is preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds.
-Reliable transportation (a vehicle that fits dogs).

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
