Marketing And Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, increasing website traffic, and generating leads through various Social Media platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement

- Create and curate engaging content for Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

- Manage Social Media accounts and monitor daily activities, including posting content, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with followers

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content creation

-Group sales calls and bookings

-Working shifts in the gift shop as needed

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels

- Monitor Social Media analytics and generate reports on key metrics

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media management

Skills:

- Proficient in using Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite

- Strong knowledge of various Social Media platforms and their respective audiences

- Excellent research skills to identify relevant topics and industry trends

- Basic video editing skills to create engaging multimedia content

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator for graphic design purposes

- Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance metrics

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Experience in proofreading content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
