We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator/Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our Social Media platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing effective Social Media strategies. If you have a passion for Social Media marketing and are skilled in content creation, we want to hear from you!
This role will serve as a Retail sales associate. As a sales associate your role will be to assist customers, order and process inventory pricing and inventory management. Implementing organization and maintaining store back back room of incoming items and inventory.
```Duties```
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate compelling content for various Social Media platforms
- Monitor Social Media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with the latest developments
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment
- Analyze Social Media data and generate reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates
- Stay informed about emerging Social Media trends, tools, and best practices
```Requirements```
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple Social Media accounts simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
