SalaryS&R Clerk duties:
Responsible for performing clerical tasks in connection with shipping goods and receiving incoming shipments. High priority placed on Quality Control of incoming and outgoing documentation Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on data entry accuracy. Computer skills along with organizational attributes in filing, scanning and communication.
Hours: 9am-6pm
Schedule: Monday-Friday with 1 scheduled Saturday per month
Requirements:
- Bilingual is a plus, (Spanish/English)
- 1st shift.
- Rotating off days (will require to work 1 weekend shift monthly)
- Uses computer terminal to process transactions, receive and send emails, and research shipping and receiving errors.
- Prepares shipping, and other documentation as required
- Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to make sure Shipping/Receiving documents are completed accurately and timely
- Notify carriers and key team members of pending, no shows and/or unscheduled arrivals
- Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary
- Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler
- Computer savy
- Minimum 2 year experience

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
