As a Dental Receptionist at All Smiles Dental, you’ll be able to focus on what you do best: communicating treatment and financing options, scheduling efficiently, working with dental insurance, collaborating with other team members, and creating a comfortable atmosphere for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a full and efficient schedule
- Support dental operations within the clinic and help ease the flow of patients
- Communicate fees and insurance benefits for patients
- Build trust by solving patient problems and addressing common objections
- Maintain accurate patient financial paperwork following the office manager’s guidelines
- Use Dentrix to maintain the accuracy of patient records
- Help us continue to exceed patient expectations and deliver that “WOW!” experience.

The Nice to Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-quality dental practice
- Dentrix and Office 365 experience

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
