As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in our Operations Department in Chicago, you will be responsible for overseeing the Shipping and Receiving of incoming devices and parts for the repair department.
*Please note- this is an in person position located in the West Loop*

You will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
- Manage the shipment of all products, materials and supplies within the department
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the counts match batch shipments coming from customers for repair needs
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the counts match claims parts coming in for repairs
- Verify records and generate reports on devices within the internal V2 system
- Box and ship finished goods
- Keep meticulous and accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Notify supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments or substitutions
- Collaborate and communicate with Technical Services Leads, Customer Success Representatives, Service Providers and others involved in the shipment of goods
- Keep a clean and organized work area at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma and minimum 1-year of relevant experience required
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to traverse the distribution warehouses and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at a time in accordance with inventory
