As our Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for shipping, packing, receiving, and various other functions of our warehouse. You'll enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, and fast (high-mix/low-volume) manufacturing operation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience with company's products or electronics sales is preferred
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to independently prioritize workload
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must be aggressive and persuasive with perseverance and diplomacy
- This position reports directly to the Sales Manager

What will you be Accountable for?
- Oversees Receiving activity
- Oversees Shipping
- Incoming inspection of products.
- Verify count, qty and value-added product
- Utilize UPS, FEDEX, and other shipping carriers
- Coordinate with existing shipping department on daily basis
- Stock samples in the allocated area.
- Working with open order report to generating shipping documents
- Pull orders from inventory and package for shipment
- Receive container shipments (loading and unloading)
- Drive forklift
- Processing jobs in Syspro (Work orders and inventory)
- Maintain files that are put into storage and assist Document Control in retrieval and destruction of obsolete document per Company policy
- Ensure warehouse facilities are kept in an orderly and clean manner according to the Company 5S policy
How will you Collaborate?
Work closely with the Value Stream Managers. Possess leadership skills to work all aspects of shipping. Will work with three VSMs to coordinate support.
