The Job
Located in Riverside, we are an online retailer of all things bike mountain, road, e-bike, you name it. Our product offering makes for a unique work environment as there isn’t a warehouse like ours in the area. Many of our team members are avid riders, and while it isn’t a requirement for the job, you just might end up on a bike. You can expect an easy-going, welcoming and flexible atmosphere with good people.
In this job, you will coordinate and lead the shipping functions of the warehouse (picking, packing, problem picks, shipping supply inventory). You will also: provide support to other departments as needed, give positive and constructive feedback to the team, manage and maintain KPIs.

Compensation for this role ranges between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications. In addition to hourly compensation, this role is also bonus eligible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Set the priority of Outbound shipments and manage the work flow of daily shipments.
Problem solve order issues.
Manage pending picks report daily.
Support and communicate with Customer Service team to correct order problems as they occur
Develop and maintain Outbound KPIs.
Responsible for opening and closing building procedures.
Assist in training new employees.
Shipping supply management.
Requests support from other departments as needed.
Promotes and ensures a safe work environment.
Provide an environment of support and teamwork to achieve common goals.
Other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma required.
Valid Driver’s License
Computer literacy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
1 -2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
