SalaryAs a Shipping Coordinator at our Cherry Packing Facility, you will play a vital role in coordinating the outbound shipping process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with arriving truckers for pick-up, coordinating delivery pickups, and managing the logistical aspects of shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with truck drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of Famous and Bartender Software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computerized shipping and tracking systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing shipping schedules or priorities.
