Shipping Clerk

We have an immediate need for people to join our team.

Summary:

Process shipping labels and paperwork managing incoming and outgoing packages.
Primarily creating labels using Shipstation and labeling packages. Including but not limited to assisting with related preparation tasks, carrier pickups and shipping organization, tracking and reports.

Rate of pay:

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Using Shipstation and experience with UPS WorldShip, Endicia, and FedEx shipping systems is a plus. Creating labels for outgoing packages, including managing paperwork and reports. Recall packages or work with carriers to handle lost packages. Researching previous customer shipments. Working with packing and customer service departments for the preparation and resolution of issues. Organize and keep work areas in order. Assist with a variety of shipping preparation and office tasks.

Key requirements for the position include:

* Must be dependable and have good team skills

* Background check required (must have a clean background)

* Drug-free workplace

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.

* Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours a day.

* Attention to detail

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:

Required at least 1 year using Shipstation and/or UPS Worldship, Endicia, and FedEx label creation software.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. The schedule may vary with overtime as required. This opening is immediate. Please send your resume including your salary history to the email address listed.
