SHIPPING CLERK NEEDED ASAP

Responsibilities:

· Using computer software to charge patient credit cards and generate labels.

· Identify customer needs, clarify information, as well as research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives to customers.

· Performing daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and inventory.

· Moving materials/loading and unloading up to 50 lbs. utilizing high/low lift.

· Have a valid driver's license.

· Filling customer orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Maintaining and organizing adequate shipping supplies.

· Ensuring products processed for shipping are delegated to the correct courier.

Requirements:

· 1 year in a shipping role.

· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

· Strong phone and verbal communication skills in addition to active listening.

· Problem solving skills.

Education:

· High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
