In search of a proactive and driven Purchasing Coordinator/salesperson. Salary increase available after one year upon fulfillment of performance review metrics and comprehensive training requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS, TALENTS, AND EDUCATION:

· Bachelor's Degree,

· Strong work ethic

· Quick learner,

· Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with high level executives as needed,

· Persistent ,

· Sense of urgency,

· Experience sourcing hard-to-find defense/aerospace products and manufacturers,

· Able to handle fast paced environment and wear many hats,

· High energy level,

· Good memory,

· Detail oriented,

· Excellent Spelling, Grammar, and Math Skills,

· Computer: MS Office (Excel & Word), Outlook,

· Professional Phone Skills,

· Typing (40+ WPM).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Submitting bids in customer portal

· Hard-To-Find Part Searches

· Phone calls to prospective vendors

· Contract review

· Sales and purchase order generation

· Expediting

· Additional tasks as necessary.
