Purchasing Coordinator II for Aerospace & Defense

We are in search of a diligent, detail-oriented, and highly organized Purchasing Coordinator to provide essential support to our purchasing and sales teams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in contract review, sales order generation, purchase order generation, and expediting.

13.5 Paid Holidays Off in addition to

10 PTO days after Year 1, 15 PTO Days in Year 3, 20 PTO Days in Year 6

· Bachelor's Degree,

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Submitting bids in customer portal

· Phone calls to prospective vendors

· Contract review

· Sales and purchase order generation

· Expediting

· Additional tasks as necessary.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, lunch break 12 pm - 1 pm daily.
