Request, Receive and Verify PODs for external shipments and close those orders in TMW
Keep Track and Minimize Open Orders
Enter and Release Railcars Once Loaded
Enter All Invoices Orders for Railcars in TMW, once received from Melissa Hill
Backup/Cross train for Shipping Manager
ETA for Daily Pickups
Follow ups for Missed Pickups
Kissflows where needed
Communicate with Yard Jockeys on what drop trailers are needed to the docks
Daily Update for Swap Sheets (Railcars)
Dispatch Fleet Drivers picking up out of Shreveport and Send out email notifications
Keep Track of and Update Accessorial Spreadsheet (Required by Mill)
Review, Approve/Deny Accessorial and Enter in TMW if Approved
Notify Outside Carriers that drop of loaded trailers and load numbers
Walk docks after trailers are loaded to ensure mats are visble and straps & t-hangers are there
Scan and Upload BOLs for Mill Daily
