Responsibilities:
- Analyze user and system requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system and lead design activities.
- Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies
- Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations
- Develop system architecture and system design documentation
- Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
- Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts
- Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives

Minimum Requirements:
- PhD degree in a related field, and at least 2 years of related experience in SharePoint solutions and engineering
- Or a Master’s degree in a related field, and at least 4 years of related experience in SharePoint solutions and engineering
- Or a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least 6 years of related experience in SharePoint solutions and engineering
- Or an Associates degree in a related field, and at least 8 years of related experience in SharePoint solutions and engineering
- Or a High school diploma/GED, at least 10 years of related experience in SharePoint solutions and engineering
- Possess the following certifications:
- DoD 8570 IAT II certification (which includes either a Security+, CCNA-Security, CySa+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, and/or SSCP certification)
- Microsoft Certified Professional (or equivalent) certification
- Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance with SCI eligibility, and the ability to obtain a polygraph after hire. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $177,000.00 per year
