In-house full time (32) hours week detailed oriented office video shoot coordinator
(we refer to as a set-up person. )
Location Rogers Park. Will consider flex hours. No remote. No travel.
We are seeking a highly organized individual, preferably a former nurse, therapist, or person with former legal experience (paralegal)) who is looking for a job that is rewarding and helps victims obtain the justice they deserve.
The video set-up individual handles the critical task of scheduling videos. You are the liaison between all the components to our video production. Coordination of the time, location, crews, sites to visit, families involved, permits, therapies, and communications over details with the company owne are what you will do to -. Daily, you spend part of your day on the phone confirming and receiving information. Our crews use your blueprint as to what needs capturing on video - your position is one of the most necessary steps. Afterward you will maintain the records for any future follow-up on the case. You will be expected to maintain the data electronically with accuracy and confidentiality. You will also be asked to support management by ordering supplies and doing general office tasks.
You need a calm, even tempered, professional demeanor and a clear, understandable speaking voice. Nursing homes, rehab centers, the individual families themselves will be who you will interact with to help us achieve powerful, accurate videotapes that can be used to help the victim receive the monies they need for continual care. Requirements bachelor’s degree
– 3+ year’s experience, preferably in the related field of health care, law, social work
Knowledge of computers, and Quick books, we will train in airtable.
