Our client is seeking a highly qualified ServiceNow Administrator to join their team. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing, administering, and supporting ServiceNow in a FedRAMP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer ServiceNow in a FedRAMP environment
- Support a ServiceNow domain separated environment
- Implement and support modules in ServiceNow, including SOM, CSM/TSM, SMP, IRM, and ITSM
- Perform system maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ServiceNow enhancements
- Provide end-user support and training
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of ServiceNow
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or higher)
- Minimum of 5 years of related ServiceNow administrative work experience
- Extensive experience implementing and administering ServiceNow in a FedRAMP environment
- Extensive experience implementing and supporting a ServiceNow domain separated environment
- Experience implementing and supporting SOM, CSM/TSM, SMP, IRM, and ITSM modules in ServiceNow
- Ability to obtain USDA clearance to support FedRAMP ServiceNow work
