This position serves as a resource leading and planning the day-to-day operations of all group benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, COBRA, 403(b), life insurance, flexible spending and HSA Plans.
This is a hybrid position requiring some onsite work as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities:
Serves as the frontline liaison to assist Team Members with benefit enrollments and service support to internal/external customers (i.e., qualifying life events, plan provisions, dependent verifications, direct billing, etc.).
Assists with develop of communications, conducts benefit meetings, provides training and support to increase engagement with an enhanced understanding of the company's benefits package (i.e., new hire orientation, open enrollment and other education sessions).
Acts as a liaison to TPA/Payroll/IT while overseeing the maintenance of employee benefit and payroll deductions/correction files and update Team Member records as required.
Administers the Paid Annual Leave (PAL) program by input, maintenance, and quality checks, including donations and payout.
Responsible for completion of responses to various external organizations including state agencies, vendors, and surveys.
Oversees and processes tasks associated with Accountable Care Act (ACA) reporting requirements.
Participates in activities related to reviewing benefit effectiveness and assists with special projects, implementing changes or modifications to benefit programs.
Responsible for processing death claims.
Supports administration of Total Rewards including annual statements.
Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including management of all annual notification and plan document requirements.
