A day in the life of our Associate Desktop Administrator
Our Associate Desktop Administrators are responsible for assisting with all daily IT Operational needs. They support our client in the BioTech Industry by understanding their network and systems needs before implementation, and will be working towards managing and maintaining systems. On the daily, Associate Desktop Administrators assist with supporting hardware, software, SaaS, and related wireless/VPN technologies. They will also occasionally be in charge of new hire orientation.

Daily Objectives
- Basic email account creation
- Assist and oversee hardware, imaging and computer deployment
- Take the lead on new computer set up and configuration
- Collaborate with the team to Onboard /offboard employees
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory
- Manage the shipping a receiving for hardware inventory
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience with in a desktop support role
- Understanding of hardware management, hardware imaging, and hardware inventory
- Basic SaaS administration knowledge
- Basic knowledge of google workplace and/or Office 365
- Basic spreadsheet skills (Google sheets or excel)
- Working knowledge of helpdesk ticketing
- Able to work quickly and autonomously
The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $50k-$70K. Actual base pay will vary based off of skills, experience, and location.
