Service Representative
Job Summary:
As a Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining products at customer locations, ensuring their satisfaction and upholding our standards of excellence. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain Cintas products, including first aid and health cabinets
- Follow established procedures for pickup, delivery, and servicing of products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, inventory levels, and customer interactions using company-provided tools and systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing service duties, including the proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize service routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, technical skills, and customer service proficiency.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times, fostering positive relationships with customers and promoting customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues is desirable.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required; ability to meet driving requirements.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to upholding Cintas' standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process.
