Experience, Education, and Skills Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Pest management experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and must meet company insurance standards.
- Must have or be able to obtain appropriate operator level state pesticide applicator's license(s).
- Must gain CT supervisory pesticide licensing within the first year. (Categories 7A and 7D).
- Must have or be able to learn practical and technical knowledge of duties, functions, terminology, work procedures, regulations, and Company policies.
- Proof of vaccination may be required.
- Company paid Background, Driver Check, and Pre-Employment Screening required.
