Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Manager to join our team. As a Food Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, handling, and service. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food is prepared and served to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering, culinary arts, and hospitality management.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of food production, including menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
- Oversee food handling and storage to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

Skills:
