SalaryOur company is seeking a motivated and experienced professional for the position of Automotive Service Manager, experienced in working with new and used cars. The ideal candidate will have a long history of managing Automotive Service departments, as well as strong knowledge in mechanical repairs and the auto industry in general. This position is critical in overseeing all aspects of our automobile service department, managing staff, order parts, performing personal customer interactions and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of all service personnel.
- Ensure that all customer cars are properly inspected and serviced in a timely manner.
- Be able to accurately estimate the amount of time it will take to complete a job.
- Be able to communicate effectively with customers.
- Manage and train team of technicians.
- Be familiar with various automotive systems and parts.
- Be familiar with the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
