About this role:
The Service Desk Analyst, Senior will possesses effective communication skills and a passion for providing quality customer service. This position will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to IT systems, software, and hardware. The successful candidate will respond to customers timely and professionally.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote, technical support and troubleshooting for customers via phone, email, and chat functions.
  • Must be able to interact with customers, diagnose problems, and lead customers through the necessary steps to correct their issues.
  • Identify and direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content.
  • This position is performed with little supervision and requires the candidate to work independently, multi-task and prioritize workload accordingly.
  • Candidate must be able to effectively interact with customers and be able to refer ongoing issues to the appropriate engineering support team.
  • Candidate will be responsible for monitoring a variety of applications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum 2 years IT experience
  • Bachelor's degree [8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education]
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Office 365, Citrix is preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Must be detail oriented and candidate must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, including technical and non-technical in a timely manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Analytical skills
