Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, coordinating service requests, following up on current requests, and maintaining positive client relationships.
This position is an in person position, hours are Monday-Friday 7am – 3:30 in Lynnwood, WA.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information.
- Communicate effectively to ensure clients are informed about service schedules, procedures, and any relevant updates.
Service Coordination:
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate service appointments based on client needs and technician availability.
- Collaborate with the service team to optimize scheduling and resolve any logistical challenges that may arise.
Issue Resolution:
- Proactively identify and address client concerns, working towards swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Document and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Gather client feedback to continuously improve our service offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a client service or support role.
- Great attendance record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
